At Glowing Soul Skincare, every product is formulated and made with care, in small batches, to bring you the highest quality skincare we can offer. Because we're a small business still in our early stages, and because of the nature of skincare products, we're unable to offer refunds or accept returns at this time.

Once a product leaves our hands, we're not able to resell or reuse it, for the same reasons your dermatologist wouldn't recommend using someone else's opened jar of moisturizer. This means any returned item must be discarded, which isn't something a business our size can absorb the cost of while also keeping our ingredients and formulations at the high standard you deserve.
