Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Glowing Soul Skincare is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address, please promptly email us at joy@glowingsoulskincare.com AND text us at (305)934-7331, to ensure that we can update your correct address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, Glowing Soul Skincare ships only within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future. If you are outside of the United States and would like to try our products, please reach out to us directly to see if we can make it work!
